What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Sunday through Friday, 11 a.m. through 6 p.m. We don't deliver or answer phones on Saturdays, but please feel free to leave us a voicemail or send an email if you have any questions during our off hours. You will receive a response as soon as we are back in the office on Sunday!
What happens if I submit an order but don't finish payment?
Our payment process has two steps - you'll place your order, then pay! Just click the big orange payment button once you've placed your order to submit payment. If we don't receive your payment within 2 business days, we will cancel the order!
Where is local delivery available?
We have a radius around Fayetteville, NC where we do local delivery! If you're within the radius, it will show up as a delivery option at checkout.
What kind of kratom should I choose?
Everyone is different! That's why we've crafted this quiz to make it easy for you to find the leaf that will be best for you and your individual needs! Can I try kratom before I buy it?
We will send you a free sample of kratom with every purchase! In addition, if you're not happy with the kratom you purchased, you will receive a 100% refund, no questions asked!
Is there a cutoff time for local delivery?
Yes! When you choose local delivery as your fulfillment option, we bring it to your door that same day (except for Saturdays) as long as the order is placed before 2 pm EST. You will receive a text from us when a team member is on their way with your order!
Is there a cutoff time for same-day shipping?
Yes! We do same-day shipping on all orders placed before 2 pm EST, except for Saturdays.
What is the affiliate program and how does it work?
Our affiliate program is awesome! It's essentially a referral program. You'll make a 10% commission for any order placed with your individual code, and that code provides 10% off to anyone who uses it.
Once you register as an affiliate, you will receive an email from us with a customized digital card that will make it easy for friends and family to use your discount code, and we will ship a sample pack of our most popular strains to your door free of charge.
